Dimitra Kouliou was born in Athens in 1998. She studied at the University of Athens Law School (LL.B., 2022) and her academic degree was earned with notable distinction. She is a trainee lawyer, who began her practice at the Legal Council of the Hellenic State (LCHS) of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, where she completed 14 months of law practice. She speaks Greek, English, Spanish, German and also studies Russian.
