Dimitra Kouliou was born in Athens in 1998. She studied at the University of Athens Law School (LL.B., 2022) and her academic degree was earned with notable distinction. She completed part of her practice at the Legal Council of the Hellenic State (LCHS) of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2024. She practices Labor Law, Corporate Law and Civil Law. She speaks Greek, English, Spanish, and German.
